Foldink is made by Faruq Rasid in Singapore. This policy explains how information is handled in the Foldink app, on this website, and when you contact support.

A quiet game, without tracking

Foldink has no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. You do not need to create a Foldink account. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Your game and Apple services

The app saves your puzzle progress, star ratings, current board, preferences, and gameplay counters on your device so you can continue playing and earn achievements.

When iCloud is available, completed puzzles, best star ratings, and lifetime achievement counters sync through your Apple account. A randomly generated installation identifier helps merge those counters across devices. Saved paintings from versions with painting features may also remain stored locally and sync to your private iCloud database, including titles and revision history.

When you are signed in to Game Center, Foldink uses your Game Center player identifier to load and report achievement progress through Apple. Your profile and activity are governed by your Apple settings. You can play puzzles without signing in to Game Center.

We do not operate a server that receives your game saves. Apple processes iCloud, Game Center, App Store purchases, and any diagnostics you choose to share under its own settings and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.

When you email us

If you email support@ruqqq.sg, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and troubleshoot your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other information that is not needed for support.

Support correspondence is handled through our email service and kept only as long as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information in that correspondence.

This website

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and has no signup form. Its interactive paper demo runs in your browser. Fonts and visual assets are hosted with the site.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country.

Your choices

You can manage iCloud and Game Center through your device’s Apple account settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, but does not necessarily remove data retained in iCloud, Game Center, or device backups. Manage those copies through Apple’s settings and support. We cannot directly erase data held only in your private Apple account.

We do not ask children to provide personal information to play. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
